Welcome to HQRL
HQRL is a nonprofit genealogy library in Sumner, Washington, managed and staffed entirely by
volunteers. HQRL's collection includes books, microfiche, and microfilm, with an emphasis on
census films. We have one of the largest microfilm collections in the Pacific Northwest
(check catalog). HQRL also houses a bookstore where you can purchase
genealogy books, forms, software and supplies.
Benefits of HQRL membership - why pay for data
base subscriptions at home when an HQRL membership pays for five data bases for you to access
at our library?
