RTR works to gain access to records that currently are not online anywhere and are not readily available to the public. They use state Freedom of Information Laws (FOIL) to force government agencies to hand over copies of the records. RTR digitizes the copies and put them online for FREE. The website for the records is https://archive.org/details/reclaimtherecords. Other groups and companies are free to make transcriptions and copies of the record.

Besides their web site, you can subscribe to their newsletter or check facebook for the records that they have recovered.
